We’d like to add a highly qualified accounting clerk to support the daily operations of our team. The ideal candidate has a flair for math and an eagerness to learn more about the building material industry and what we do. As a successful Accounting Clerk, you’ll ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Inventory processes
Payroll
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Remit HST monthly
Orchestrate inventory and cycle counts
Track and report fixed assets
Invoicing
Project Accounting
Monthly Bank Reconciliations
Placing Inventory Purchase Orders
Receiving Purchase Orders
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge and experience in Basic Accounting Principles and Sage 300
Experience in Building Supplies and/or Manufacturing would be considered a strong asset
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting.
As part of a team, you communicate well, and you can build relationships with others
